MOE is the acronym for "Magic On Earth".  The agency is critical for the protection of residents of Earth who are either magical, extraterrestrials, or both.  Agents are typically magicals or extraterrestrials themselves, or have loved ones who are and they want to keep them safe.  Saftey is always our first priority.  Our second is making sure nothing is Displaced - or on the incorrect world, in the incorrect time, ect.  Displacement Correction Taskforces fix these 'universal hiccups'.
