Who are they?  Why are they weird colored?  Be careful Time Rangers - we don't know these stranger's intentions.  but as you go about your missions you WILL find them.  Typically lurking just out of the corner of your vision, even behind you, they will do things to try to scare you.  But do not fall into their trap.  If you simply ignore them, they will go away and onto the next victim.

    On our first encounter with these strange creatures, we were able to collect a sample.  Their identity will be protected.  They confessed to not coming from this reality, but from another called Alternavia.  Their messangers come as a warning - but we were not able to discover what this warning was before the accident struck.  Our volunteer sample was lost.  But they may still be out there - if you find an Alternavian with pink hair, purple wings and porcelain white skin alert MOE HQ EMERGENCY immediately.  If you see any Alternavians alert your Superiors immediately, and take no action.  They will take care of it, we promise you.
